How do you unsubscribe?
There are 2 ways to unsubscribe from the Glomobi Service:
- BY SMS: You may unsubscribe at any time you wish by sending STOP to the short code number of the service you have subscribed to. (e.g. SMS<space> STOP to 33388). You will know that you have been unsubscribed by our system as we will send you a termination message.
- BY OUR HELPLINE: You may also unsubscribe by calling our Customer Care Hotline: 03-21643273 (available from Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm except Public Holiday). Please leave the mobile number which you will like to unsubscribe the Glomobi service from. We will unsubscribe your mobile number from the Glomobi service from our system which you are requested within 24 hours (excluding weekend or public holiday on which it will be unsubscribed on the next working day).
Receive the most exciting mobile content for your device by subscribing to our Glomobi services. This is a subscription service and will continue until you unsubscribe the service.
How do I subscribe for Sound Service?
This is a 5 times a week subscription service open to all mobile network operator subscribers.
1. To subscribe, sms “KEYWORD” to “SHORT CODE. For example, sms ON APP to 32278.
2. You will receive confirmation message acknowledging you successful registration for the Glomobi service of your choice.
3. Once you have subscribed, you will automatically receive a access link via an SMS.
4. If you experience any problems with receiving and/or for downloading the mobile content, please send an e-mail to the following address: [email protected] and our customer service officer will assist you on this matter.
